We have always been a big believer in Yoga as a way to relieve back pain.
While many patients say they would love a live in chiropractor or therapist,
it is not realistic.
And any way we are only here to be part of the solution.
Sorry to burst your bobble, but you do need to put in some work
yourself in order to minimize pain in both frequency and duration.
One of the methods we like to give our clients as an option is Yoga.
A recent study in the ” annals of internal medicine”
compares yoga to physical therapy.
And over a 12 week program, yoga does compare very well to physical therapy.
I would suggest when choosing an instructor,
please check their credentials.
Also, know your limits
and modify positions as needed.
