There was a point in time when work related back pain meant you were a laborer.
Back pain was associated with lifting, and carrying.
Well in todays tech savvy world the cause of work related back pain has shifted.
Back pain is now associated with a sedentary type jobs.
The jobs that have you spending long hours behind a computer,
or just being a desk.
It is no longer a strain of the muscle causing the pain,
but a shorting do to in activity.
This is why I stress to any office worker
the need to get up hourly for a short stretch
of your lower back, quads, hamstring, etc.
